PERMANENT SECRETARY MINISTRY OF HEALTH, BAGS HEALTH RECORDS OFFICERS AWARD

In recognition of her immense contributions to qualitative health care delivery in particular and societal development in general, the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria has conferred an Award of Excellence on the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Pharmacist (Mrs.) Folukemi Aladenola.


The South West Coordinator of the board, Mrs Olubukola Champion-Afolayan who presented the award to the Permanent Secretary when she led a delegation of the board on a courtesy visit to her in her office averred that the award was in recognition of Permanent Secretary exemplary leadership qualities.


She appreciated the Permanent Secretary for her consistent and unflinching support for the board adding that the mission and vision of the board is to promote qualitative health care delivery in Nigeria.


Champion-Afolayan assured that the board will foster its partnership with the Ondo State Government towards achieving mutual benefits. Responding, Aladenola urged members of the board to always ensure collation of timely and accurate health data while discharging their duties.


While appreciating them for the award conferred on her,she described it as the first since she assumed office as Permanent Secretary adding that the award will spur her to offer greater services that will be of tremendous benefit to the people of Ondo State.


Pharm Aladenola affirmed that the state Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN is passionate about the health sector and committed to qualitative health care delivery.
